Recently, a divorce case was going on in the High Court of Kerala. On August 24, the court rejected the divorce petition of a 51-year-old man. At that time, a division bench of Justices A Mohammad Mushtaq and Sophie Thomas made such observations on youth marriage.
The bench observed that the younger generation avoids marriage to enjoy a free life without responsibilities or obligations.
